The CSPN Self Mastery Series presents sessions for our members with the goal of  reducing burnout and improving overall resiliency.

The human mind has remained fundamentally unchanged for millennia, and ancient contemplative practices developed to help us develop our resilience. Modern science is now revealing the effectiveness of these time-tested methods and how they rewire our physiology, thinking, and emotional responses. Learn some history, science, and simple meditative practices that can enhance your health, collaboration, and innovation.

This session is presented by Annie Weisbrod, Ph.D., developer of Meditation without Expectation (MWE) and other resiliency programs.  She presented her programs internationally as a healthy minds and wellness leader at Procter & Gamble Company.  She has helped over 10,000+ worldwide to reduce stress, increase resilience & empathy.  She has the largest published study of any meditation-based program.  She teaches classes and workshops in advanced yoga philosophy, breathing, bioenergy, focus/mindfulness, somatic experiencing, movement, functional fitness, behavior changes and more.
